These guys are the best! From day one, over 7 years ago, they have always gone above and beyond to help out, even when my hot tub was out of the warranty period and I was not smart and didn’t drain it properly before being stored. They assisted over the phone, many times, to help us find and repair the damage. Then most recently helped with our new water source and finding the right chemicals to get it where it needed to be. And if any of the “other places” say that “those cheaper models from the other store don’t last” that is not true at all and I would recommend a hot tub from Leisure to anyone and you will like the price tag much better!
When we decided to purchase a hot tub we went to every hot tub store in Billings and I had my eye on one at Montana spas but when we went to leisure spa and met Bryon and he showed us the marquis brand hot tubs and I was very impressed!!!
I work for a couple hotels and this company gave me the run around for 3 weeks before finally ignoring me and stopped returning my calls. They never even made it to the property. Maybe they are good at what they do and thats why thwyre busy, but if they don’t show up or communicate it’s not worth much.
Leisure in Montana is a fantastic company to work with! We were in the market for a pre-owned hot tub and Dale was very courteous and patient with us while we mulled over the decision and decided what to do. Once we decided that Leisure did have the spa we wanted, we quickly came to an agreement on a fair price and the experience only got better after that! Mike and Mike delivered the spa, set it up for us, and showed us how to use it and care for it, even though it wasn’t one of the brands that they carry new! They also test the water for us, analyzing it and providing recommendations on how to get the water perfect. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a hot tub!
